These terms form a legal agreement between u23 and its users. They apply to all services including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, mobile access, and payment services. The u23 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation, Security & Policies
To register an account on u23, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in account cancellation at any time.
- Each individual is allowed to operate only one account. Multiple accounts found under the same person may all be suspended.
- Keeping your login details (username and password) confidential is your responsibility. Do not share them with third parties.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policies
All transactions on u23 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Several payment methods are supported including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers for deposits and withdrawals.
Deposit
Deposited funds usually appear instantly in your balance. However, network or payment gateway delays may occasionally occur. Transactions outside the established minimum and maximum limits are not accepted.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are usually processed within the specified time. Identity verification (KYC) may be required for first-time withdrawals. Deposits and withdrawals should preferably match methods. Processing may be delayed for incomplete details or unverifiable accounts.

Intellectual Property
All content on the u23 platform — including logos, designs, text, game interfaces, graphics, and software — are exclusively owned by u23. Copying, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
Terms Changes & Law
U23 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the relevant courts.
